ZwenGrill seeks a candidate for a Marketer position based in Accra.  The Marketer will work with other members of the ZwenGrill sales and Customer service Department to plan, execute and monitor a successful marketing campaign.

Duties/responsibilities

• Establish and deliver new ZwenGrill customer base in the form of both Corporate and individual accounts including managing corporate and private events in support of ZwenGrill’s sales growth.  
• Consistently meet the ZwenGrill monthly market targets set by ZwenGrill Management. 
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Advertising and Product Development Team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns. 
• Assist with the design, negotiation and placement of both digital and traditional media including billboards, TV, Radio, Social media ads and email blasts. 
• Produce a brand style guide that best captures ZwenGrill’s voice and mission. 
• Meet with ZwenGrill customers to discuss customer feedback and requirements and provide ZwenGrill operations with recommendations on how to improve services to increase sales. 
• Conduct market research to determine new target audience's needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns. 
• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn't and what can be improved. 
• Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: Commensurate with experience/ Compensation is a combination of Salary and Commission based on ZwenGrill defined monthly targets

Required Skills or Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field with at least 3 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in market research
• Relevant product and industry knowledge
• Digital marketing skills
