Our client, an international trade company is currently looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Officer (Glass and Aluminium) to help build their business activities.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answer customers' queries and directing complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Glass Profiles.
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, schedules for customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company reaches its target audience.
• Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• HND or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position.

REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
•  Knowledge in the product and price of the Glass & Aluminium industry.
• Knowledge of automobile market and channels in the Glass & Aluminium market.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently.
