Our client, an international trade company is currently looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Officer (Hardware) to help build their business activities.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. The selected candidate must be sales-driven and customer-oriented and must determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Screen, recruit and train sales employees.
• Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
• Answer customers' questions and direct complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
• Maintain an accurate record of all sales, schedule customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
• Prepare cost-benefit analysis for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
• Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• HND or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar position.
• Working experience in selling aluminum and glass products

REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Possess the skill to work both in team and perform independently.
