Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Assist the Branch Manager in business development, commercial operations and profitability of the company’s products. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales agents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory duties
Has direct control over direct reports (SALES EXECUTIVES)
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
a. Recruitment and training of sales Executive
b. Planning and prospecting for new clients
c. Conducting Sales presentations and market storms
d. Premium collection (stop order and debit order)
e. Inception coordination, control and management
f. High persistency –Ensuring low/ minimum lapses or cancellation
g. Grooming of self and team
h. Professionalism]
Required Skills or Experience Educational Qualification
Minimum of first degree in Marketing or advanced professional qualification from a recognized institution.

At least 3-5 years working experience
