A Reputable Company in Accra seeks the service of a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leading Project Planning Sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Designing and Drafting of contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e design, submission, and review
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Conducting project review and creating a detailed report for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum,  Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields:

• Engineering
• IT or Computer Science
• Business Administration
• Management

Must have a Health and Safety background:

• Nebosh IG1 and IG2
• IOSH Level 2 or 3

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• At least two years of work experience in a similar position.
• Ability to drive a Manual Car ( License: Class B or C)
