• Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
• Terms of Engagement: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Generating leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
• Submitting weekly and monthly sales reports to Sales manager
• Giving sales presentations to prospective clients
• Coordinating sales efforts in line with the company’s marketing programs
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and to promote the company’s products and services.
• Maintaining client records
• Managing existing client relationships
• Answering client queries about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 3years experience in Real Estate Marketing and sales
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• A commitment to excellent customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, outlook and Power point
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
