Job Description

Health Matters Eatery is opening its fourth branch at Asylum Down in Accra. The new branch is called H.M Restaurant and Pub. This new branch will serve as the headquarters of the chain and will provide both local and continental dishes. The target customers for the branch will include middle and senior level public and private sector personnel. In order to meet the demands of these high-end customers, the new branch will seek to provide the best food quality and service in an African context and setting.

The Chef will be part of Senior Management Team and will have responsibility for overall food production and meeting qualify standards.

Required Skills or Experience

Professional level qualification and a good track record of experience.
