A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as: Procurement/Logistics Officers

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide procurement/logistics supports to projects and other departments
• Ensure the resource objectives as required by the projects management office are achieved
• Support technical departments in resource needs and ensure materials and other resources are delivered on schedule to projects
• Maintain an up-to-date supplier register and ensure an excellent working relations with suppliers
• Planning and executing procurement needs of the various projects and departments of the organization.
• Assist the project managers and the technical departments in achieving project objectives

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of first degree in administration/accounting/logistics and supply chain management or related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement management or HND with 7 years’ experience
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
• Excellent communications skills.
• MS office
