Our client, a leading plastic company is looking to hire an assistant administrative manager to help manage its operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful applicant will be responsible for handling the entire scope of Administration Function for the business unit.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

END TO END ADMINISTRATION

• Handling end to end administration for the Unit
• Repairs & Maintenance
• Handling of all AMC's
• House Keeping & Cleanliness
• Budgeting for all admin work

FLEET MANAGEMENT

• Handling the fleet for the unit
• Repairs & Maintenance of the fleet
• Procurement & allotment of the fleet, Drivers Training & Deployment
• Budgeting for all Fleet Management

SECURITY

• Handling the complete security for the unit
• Designing the security system & processes
• Handling the security agencies
• Deployment of Police & ensuring safety across the Organization
• Budgeting for all security projects

FIRE & SAFETY

• Handling the complete Fire & Safety measures for the organization.
• Designing the strategy for the Fire & Safety controls
• Defining the process & procedures for Fire & Safety measures
• Suggesting interventions to prevent fire & safeguard companies’ assets
• Budgeting for all fire & safety projects

Liaison & Statutory Compliances

• Handling the statutory compliances
• Handling all liaisons with all Government agencies
• Handling all PR's

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Master’s degree in similar field.
• 8 - 10 Years of experience in managing the end-to-end Administration Function of a large Organization
