WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Pick up and deliver food, parcels, items or documents from one location to various specified locations.
2. Organise packages and items orderly
3. Responsible for riding to and from designated locations by applying knowledge of commercial riding regulations on the road.
4. Maintain records of duty status according to company regulations
5. Ensure food, parcels, items or documents are picked up delivered to customers in a professional, safe, cost effective, timely, and appropriate manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
6. Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of SHS Certificate
• Must have a valid riders license
• 2 years minimum proven or working experience as a Dispatch Rider
• Familiarity with relevant routes
• Must be between the ages of 18-35
• Ability to communicate, read and write.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
• Polite and able to get along with people.
