Required Skills or Experience

• A diploma in early childhood education or basic education with 3 or more years of experience in a similar role
• Or a University degree in early childhood education or basic education with 2 or more years of experience in a similar role
• The person should be able to motivate teachers to strive for excellence
• The person should be ambitious and able to institute high level of  academic standard
• The candidate should be a person of integrity
