Job Description

• Coordinate information to customers browsing websites during store discovery, order and checkout. -Provide after sales support; 
• Interact with customers by responding to their questions, providing information and advising them;
• Handle special requests and complaints of customers; - Collect and store useful data within our backend system;
• Ensure follow up through emails, phone or any required means. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelors Degree/HND in relevant field
• At least 1 year experience in related field.
• Fast learner 
• Well organized 
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage stress. 
• KPI oriented 
• Versatile across different customer service functions 
• Excellent written and oral English
• Excellent Communication skills 
• Team Player
• Computer literate
• Willingness to work nights and weekends
• Comfortable working long shifts of up to 12 hours
