Job Description

Zonda Construction Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Zonda Tec Ghana, a leader in the sales and service of heavy duty and light trucks located in Tema requires the services of Civil Engineers/ Project managers to join its team of engineering experts.

As a successful hire, you shall be liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors to work on projects, undertaking technical and viability studies including site investigations, using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs, Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, resolving design and development problems with other engineers to complete a successful project.

Role Responsibilities

1. Use a range of standard computer software for developing detailed designs on project.
2. Undertake complex calculations on projects.
3. Compile job specs and supervise tendering procedures.
4. Manage budgets and project resources.
5. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
6. Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
7. Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries for projects.
8. Make sure the project conforms to legitimate requirements, especially health and safety.
9. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Required Skills or Experience

• BSc Degree in Civil engineering from a recognized University
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in road works and registered under Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) 
• Must be a Project Management Professional (PMP).
