A company is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor.

Key Roles

• Efficient / Effective management of Industrial Kitchen
• Taking into consideration healthy, safety, and quality meal preparation at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the cooks / kitchen assistants
• Making sure the kitchen is safe / hygienic
• Organizing inventory, storage
• Distribution of foodstuff and supplies
• Assist in planning menus
• Portion of ingredients and use of food supplies
• Control costs
• Required to cook
• Compute staff rota / schedule
• purchasing and supervising several meal / food orders

Remuneration: Negotiable

Required Skills or Experience

• Age: Preferably 30 years - 35 years
• Qualification: Health and Safety Food Hygiene Qualification
• Diploma in Catering or Degree in Food & Beverage.
• Experience: 3 - 5 years
