Job Overview
The Resort (hotel and beach facility) Operations Supervisor guides and supervises the overall provision of excellent service in Food & Beverage department.

An operations supervisor ensure that the prescribed policies are being.

Responsibilities for Operations Supervisor

• Lead, mentor, and manage Food and Beverage team.
• Develop and plan training for the Food and Beverage department staff.
• Manage inventory.
• Checks and maintain standards for service delivery, quality, and customer care.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
• Establish maintenance and cleaning schedules for the beach, equipment, storage, and work areas.
• Participate in interview process and selection of Food and Beverage staff.
• Schedule staff and assist in human resources processes as needed.
• Knowledge in bartending and cocktails.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of an HND or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field and relevant experience in food and beverage/operations in a hospitality establishment
• Excellent, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations.
