Job Description

  • Develop, deploy and coordinate a scalable social media growth strategy based on integrated messaging.
  • Manage organic and paid social across all social channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for employer branding activity.
  • The ability to develop compelling and concise messages that cut through the noise and adhere to our brand voice.
  • Develop an audience focused social media strategy across our key audience segments and work closely with the business development team to execute on go-to-market strategy and clearly communicate value proposition.
  • Develop excellent templates for email marketing and execute on email marketing campaigns.
  • Produce copy and review copy from other team members, ensuring quality content on social media channels.
  • Align the social media strategy and programs with the business development team for operational focus and ensure that all tactics and activity feed up in to overarching strategy.
  • Work with the appropriate agencies to develop impactful execution tactics for key creative campaigns to maximise the use of assets and deliver programs that have genuine impact.
  • Report on all social media marketing activity and performance against clear performance metrics.
  • Support with acquisition communications across social media, working closely with key media contacts to gain maximum exposure for press releases.
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn to find industry influencers and partner with them for increased exposure.
  • Be accountable for ensuring all social media activity is compliant with relevant data protection and industry regulations – working with the compliance and governance teams to develop and adhere to a clear framework.
  • Work with the Creative Support Officer to create compelling content assets and visuals for social.
  • Analyse social media tools to support requirements and build a business case for any additional requirements.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Bachelors degree or diploma certificate with a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in marketing communications, social media, branding.
  • Good understanding of the Pension landscape establishment will be an advantage.
