Job Description

Purpose of the role
The Officer will be responsible and accountable for the management of all logistics, procurement and supply chain related activities \

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the inventory records made and provide an updated report to the office manager
  • Source new vendors for better quality inventory and negotiate for better prices and prepare the procurement support documents.
  • Use excellent customer service skills, establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendor
  • Maintain copies of required procurement document for each procurement of supplies, Work and service
  • Perform other duties as required to meet the objectives of the team.

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND or Degree in Procurement, logistics and supply chain management
  • Candidates with finance and administration background have more advantage
  • Minimum experience:  2 years
