Job Description

We deliver at least 600 Breakfast, 1600 Lunch and 800 Supper meals daily for both local and expatriate staff. We require the following to augment our staff strength:

• Experienced Continental Chefs.
• Experienced Local Dishes Chefs.
• Experienced Food and Bevearge Supervisors.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least 3 years experience in similar position will be an advantage.
• Portion control management and ability to create balanced menus will be an advantage.
• Proclivity to research and deliver trends in food and beverages will be an advantage.
