We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients.  The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Promoting and selling products (specifically concrete mix) in order to grow sales and profitability.
• Develop strategies to gain market share and close as many sales as possible.
• Build quality customer relationships and maintains up-to-date client information in order to drive sales.
• Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring cost, competition and supply and demand.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Complying with all internal policies and procedures of the company, providing effective customer service and developing advanced product knowledge.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of HND from an accredited college or a bachelor’s degree will be an advantage
• Proven experience as a Concrete Sales Representative
• Proven track record of positive sales performance
• Minimum of one years of experience in the field of construction
• To start work immediately
