Rulliu is an emerging Bluetooth Earphone brand committed to offering excellent sound and extremely cost-effective wireless headsets. We are currently present in Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, and Kenya.

We are looking for talents who specialize/interested in Distribution Channels Sales to join our highly-motivated team.

Job content

  1. To develop and expand distribution clients by regular visiting the markets.
  2. Plan your sales in accordance with company goals and instructions to drive individual sales growth
  3. Maintain customers relationships (Guide, incent and after-sales serivce)
  4. Provide specific market, competitors, products information
  5. Managing stock, delivery and payment collection.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help the company develop new products & grow accessories sales & turnover in the assigned regions
  2. Collaboration with a cross-cultural team, remain responsive and punctual, with a high level of professionalism.
  3. Professional Ethics and Accountable. You will be held accountable for your misconduct and violations.
  4. You must respect and love our culture, abide by the company's policies, and obey the instructions of your superiors.

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND and above
  • Minimum 2 year work experiences
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing) English- French Bilingual will be an added advantage.
  • PC literate with very good skills in MS Suites and Email.
  • Willingness to Travel within Ghana and Africa
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, recognize and drive solution to challenges

Working hours: Mon-Friday 9:00-17:00 Saturday 9:00-15:00

Growth Route: Sales Representative - Business Development Manager - Branch Office Director

Compensation and benefits

  1. Basement + Performance Bonuses + Allowances
  2. Sales Incentive Plan
  3. Year-End Bonus will be double of your December salary
