Job Description

• Distributes letters to relevant companies and offices
• Collect, pay and distributes  cheques to banks, sister companies  and to other companies.
• Withdraw monies from banks on behalf of the company
• Run errands for Managers and staff
• Dispatching and collection of letters
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of motorbike
• Ensure unauthorized persons and goods are not carried on the motorbike
• Ensure dispatch delivery logbook are signed by appropriate persons
• Report all accidents

Ensure fuel consumption within set limits or allocation given

Required Skills or Experience

• Must have relevant experince in delivery 
• Must have about two years experience  in a similar role .
• Must have a valid lincense 
• Must have the ability to pay attension to details and also be able read and write
