Job Description

A Reputable Organisation

JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods. The role reports to the Procurement Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
  • Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
  • Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
  • Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels.
  • Manage the repair of equipment.
  • Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Understanding of logistics operations and practices
