Required Skills or Experience

• At least HND or degree.
• Banking credit experience of not less than 5 years in microfinance / savings and loans and industry with ability to drive car and/or motorbike.
• The suited candidate must have a line of SME customers to be onboarded.
• Strong branch operations background.
• Person must have knowledge in operational areas such as Adenta,  Amrahia, Madina , Ashley Botwe, East Legon and Agboba.
• Must present a valid driving licence.
• Must be strong in deposit mobilisation.
• He or she must reside in and around East legon, Adenta and Madina.
