Responsibilities

• Analyzing data: reviewing data and reports to understand the best way to help the company meet its objectives.
• Monitoring financials: presents financial reports, specifically related to sales, to the other members of the c-suite.
• Managing employees: overseeing a team of employees.
• Assisting with employment decisions: hiring and termination decisions for their teams.
• Leading launches: leads product launch,  has experience in key account management and building market intelligence .
• Assessing customer satisfaction
• The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager must be able to makes crucial decisions regarding marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to drive business growth and market share.
• Design commercial strategies and ensure it aligns with the company’s objectives and fulfil its annual budget goals.

Required Skills or Experience

Must have 10 year experience, 4years must be people management.

COMPETENCIES

• The role holder must have a commercial background with profound knowledge of marketing, direct sales, sales and channel management, developing pricing strategies, and key account management.
• They must also have experience in product launching and successful profit generation and identify market gaps to find further market opportunities.
• Experience in sales Operation
• Development of compensation plan for Sales teams
