POSITION SUMMARY The Greater Rural for Opportunities for Women 2 (GROW2) project is a women-focused project driven by a strong market system approach that fully integrates Gender Equality, Human Rights, Environmental Sustainability, Nutrition, and Innovation in its implementation. The Project will increase the economic and social empowerment of women farmers, entrepreneurs, and agribusinesses in the Northern, Savannah, and Upper West Regions of Ghana through increased productivity, and an improved business environment. The Nutrition & GESI Officer supports the development and integration of gender and nutrition elements across the GROW2 Project, providing capacity building, promoting best practices in the areas of nutrition and gender, and contributing to the overall management of the GROW2 project. The position holder works closely with the Key Facilitating Partners (KFPs), women smallholder farmers, and others in the implementation of nutrition and GESI interventions. This role is instrumental in creating a culture of respectful dialogue and effective workaround gender equality and household nutrition. This position will involve frequent travel to project locations within the Northern, Savannah, and Upper West Regions. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
