Job Description

  • LINE MANAGER: HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR

Purpose Statement

  • Implementation of HR Strategy in line with Group’s initiatives and ensuring HR policies and processes are understood and consistently implemented.

Key Deliverables

  • Provide feedback to central HR on business requirements and employee aspirations.
  • Implement organizational design i.e. departmental structures, employee performance management systems, competencies, job profiles and levels of work.
  • Conducting of need analysis and implementing appropriate Learning & Development solutions and interventions.
  • Implementation of HR Systems, practices, policies and procedures.
  • Providing services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations.
  • Manage staff retention and exit formalities.
  • Liaising with other unit in Group HR and manage all other HR related concerns and processes in the company.
  • Maintenance of HR management systems for the business.
  • Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job profile in order to meet business requirements.

Required Skills or Experience

Knowledge/Skills
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
  • Knowledge of Laws in Ghana pertaining to HR and our business.
  • Good organizational skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment are essential to complete activities.
  • A flexible approach to meet changing needs and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, excellent attention to details and enjoys working in dynamic teams.
  • Must be reliable and confidential with information.
Minimum Qualification/ Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the Social Sciences field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Experience on an Employee Relations role will be an advantage.
Personality Traits
  • Enthusiasm and commitment are essential to complete activities.

  • Self-motivated, excellent attention to details and enjoys working in dynamic teams.
