VACANCY FOR SALES MANAGER FOR TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS

Our organisation is involved in the sales and marketing of technology based educational solutions from world class educational clients such as Promethean, Kortext, Impero, Futurespark and Edmodo.

Our products and services are crafted for academic, educational and public institutions that require state of the art interactive displays, teaching software, integrated accessories and other tech based solutions, we are expanding in Ghana and we require the expertise of a skilled Sales Manager to lead the Ghana Office.

This role comes with a very rewarding compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressive marketing and sales of education based technology products to academic , educational and public institutions
  • Development of comprehensive sales operations plans with a proven ability to  forecast and identify opportunities and new markets
  • Build and maintain strong and profitable  relationships among key clients, stakeholders and prospects throughout the country to ensure stable supply and implementation of products sold
  • Consistently meeting sales targets
  • Recruitment of proficient commission-based sales officers to assist and meet sales targets as well.
  • Providing direction and training to ensure the sales team delivers on presentation.
  • Must have the passion or technical acumen to educate the team on the products, competitors and prospects
  • Manage sales contracts negotiations from planning to implementation
  • Utilize customer feedback , market intelligence and data to contribute product sales and distribution

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree in Sales /Marketing / Computer Science/ Retail /
  • Ability to communicate and build successful business relationships
  • Ability to meet consist sales targets
  • Sales Experience is a must , with a proven record of success
  • The role involves travelling through Ghana and the West African countries
  • The role is remote and requires weekly visits to the Ghana Office.
