Reporting & Dynamics

- Internal Dynamics: COO, BUs’ Country Mgs, HO & BUs’ Finance team, BU’s Logistics Officers & Store Mgrs.
- Leading: PSSM Advisors; Parts Coordinators
- External Dynamics: Suppliers, Customers, service providers
Basic Responsibility
Responsible for the development of the parts department objectives and fulfilling the expectations of all stakeholders (owners, customers, employees and suppliers). Share business development opportunities with relevant parties. Develop and maintain constructive relationships with customers and suppliers. Manage regular visits to affiliates, key accounts and suppliers.

Scope of Accountability
- Grow the parts sales to meet the strategic objectives
- Analyse operational performance, design and implement optimization plan for parts inventory
Main Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develops and maintains effective processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Develops and executes sales plan and monitor monthly to ensure achievement of departmental goals
- Develop and communicate effective sales strategies. Participate in establishing product lines’ “selling story.” Ensure that field sales support department, appropriate business unit functional areas, and field sales force are familiar with the “selling story.”
- To manage daily field support and drive long term share growth
- Monitor the sales teams activities through CRM and Sales reports
- Provide Guidance to the Sales team and supervise their activities
- Coordinate regularly with each country and share data related to the market and the sales activities
- Ensure meeting the KPIs set for every brand
- Act as the internal champion for field personnel and customers, always balancing the needs of the customer, associates and the business
- Provide training to the sales teams

Required Skills or Experience
Education
- BS or equivalent in Engineering or Technical support
