Job Description

Position Summary
A renowned real estate company that offers property buyers a better option in terms of land sale, land documentation, building and construction, and property management is in search of a talented young individual to join its team as a Digital Marketer.

This professional will work seamlessly with the rest of the marketing team to ensure all online activity complements offline efforts. He/She will be responsible for combining marketing and digital media creative skills to architect and enhance company digital media presences, including promoting brands, enhancing online engagements and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the functionality of the company website.
  • Designing, building and maintaining the online presence and brand of the company by creating content for social media, and implementing/managing such campaigns.
  • Managing promotions, social media adverts and other published content.
  • Managing SEO/SEM/SMM proficiency to ensure the company website is easily found by the target audience.
  • Using paid online advertisement to drive traffic to the website.
  • Converting website visits or social media engagements into online sales.
  • Enhancing company’s social networking by engaging with customers on all social media handles in real time.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Analyzing metrics on digital marketing campaigns and comparing against KPIs.
  • Monitoring trends in social media tools, applications, channel design and strategy, and optimizing based on insights.
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field.
  • A certificate in Digital Marketing Fundamentals will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ progressive working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience or knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
