Job Description

1. A consortium of organizations; ChildFund Korea, Children Believe and AG CARE Ghana, being financed by KOICA is implementing a project; “Quality and Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services for all children (QAIECE)” in the East and West Mamprusi Municipalities of the North East Region of Ghana. The project seeks to improve Early Childhood Education opportunities for children 4-5 years old on the project area.
2. AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe and ChildFund Korea intends to construct standardized Early Childhood Centers with sanitary facilities for underserved communities in the North East Region of Ghana.
3. AG CARE Ghana now invites sealed tenders for the proposed construction of an ECD Centre and 4-Seater KVIP each in Walewale D/A Primary B and Nayorku Primary in West Mamprusi Municipality and Zaratinga Primary and Burugu Primary in East Mamprusi Municipality.
4. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information and inspect tender documents (and additional copies) at the office of Finance & Administration Officer in Tamale at AG Care Ghana Northern Ghana Office during normal working hours (8:00am - 4:00pm).
5. A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the address below. The tender documents shall be available for inspection and purchase from 28th June to 15th July, 2022.
6. The tender documents shall be purchased for a non-refundable fee of Two Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢200.00) from the address below.
7. Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of tender.
8. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with Tenderer Name and Reference Number and delivered on or before 15th July, 2022 at 4:00pm.
9. A box to receive tenders will be placed at a vantage and secure place of the Organization for two copies (finance and or Technical) of tenders to be placed inside. This box shall not be opened until all procurement members are present and satisfied with the process.
10. Tenders will be opened later in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend, at AG CARE Northern Field Office’s conference room.
11. Late tenders will be rejected. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
