Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO) is an indigenous Ghanaian social marketing organization duly registered in accordance with the laws of Ghana on February 1, 2017. We work to improve the health of people living in Ghana primarily through implementation of innovative evidence-based interventions that increases access to and utilization of health products and services in a measurable and impactful way. Our key intervention areas include Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Maternal, New-born, and Child Health (RMNCH), communicable and noncommunicable diseases, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, and malaria. We utilize our deep insight and skills in Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and social marketing to promote positive social and behavior change among individuals and communities.

Job Description

                                PRODUCTION OF BRANDED DIARIES

Background
Total family health Organisation (TFHO) is a non-profit Ghanaian Social Marketing Organisation working to improve the health of Ghanaians through social marketing of projects and services. Our core intervention areas are Family Planning (FP), Maternal and Child Health-(MCH), Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), and Nutrition.

TFHO, through the USAID Health Marketing Activity is seeking qualified vendors in the printing industry to produce TFHO branded 2023 diaries.

Objectives
To secure an accurate quote for the scope of work as detailed below-Table 1.

Note to Bidders
Outlined below are basic requirements that each bid must comply with. Failure of any bid to meet any of all these requirements may disqualify such a bid from the evaluation process.

TFHO will not be liable to reimburse any cost incurred by applicants in preparing their proposals and production of the sample.

Bids received late shall not be considered under any circumstance. A bid will not be considered if it arrives after 05:00 pm on Friday, July 12, 2022.

TFHO reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel this request for quotation, presentations, and price or not to make an appointment at all. Upon award of the bid, the successful bidder shall enter into an agreement with TFHO.

The successful applicant must undertake to abide by the confidentiality undertakings contained in the agreement to be concluded: the successful bidder will be informed of the outcome.

A contract will only be deemed to be concluded when reduced to writing and signed by the designated responsible person of both parties (duly authorized). The designated responsible person of TFHO is the Executive Director or his/her written authorized delegate. TFHO undertakes to pay the valid invoice in full within 30 (thirty) working days if all supporting documents are submitted.

Required Skills or Experience

Criteria for evaluation
Preliminary evaluation:

1. Submission of Samples: All bidders MUST submit samples; these samples should have been printed by bidders.
2. Verification of quotations- All bidders must sign and stamp all quotations for the purposes of authentication.

NB: All bidders who fail the preliminary evaluation shall be considered nonresponsive and cannot progress to the next stage of the evaluation process.

Financial Proposal
Financial proposals will be compared based on their total amount inclusive of VAT/NHIL and all other related costs. Bidders are required to submit financial proposals as per the table below on company letterhead.
