An international shipping and container transportation company is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator
Required Skills or Experience
- University degree in business administration, marketing or communication with at least three years of professional experience – ideally in a B2B environment
- Marketing and/or communication experience, ideally in an international environment
- Experience in the conception of product campaigns (CRM / email marketing, social media and performance marketing)
- Experience with common web analysis tools, in particular Google Analytics, as well as content management systems (a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Team player with a strong sense of customer needs and trends as well as a good understanding of target groups
- Interest and basic knowledge in agile working
- Ability to learn and adapt to company systems applications – very comfortable with using new software applications and hardware gadgets
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, conferencing, and media
The ideal candidate:
- Digital experience (a plus)
- Fluency in French and English languages (an advantage)
- Passion for technology and innovation as well as interest in logistics / shipping
- Innovative and has a practice-oriented way of thinking paired with pragmatism and hands-on mentality
- Open to continuous learning and development
- Creative, has a strong sense of text and the ability to bring interesting ideas closer to the customer with storytelling
- Proactive self-starter who can work independently and goal-oriented
- Internet savvy, familiar with multiple social media handles, tend to follow new trends
- A strong change mindset and able to grasp new ideas
- Able to challenge status quo and question set/old ways of working
- Goal oriented, team player, and demonstrates a proactive attitude. Never waits to be told what to do
