Job Description

An Online Food Delivery Marketplace Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and growth of an online platform that connects customers with local restaurants and food delivery services. This includes managing relationships with restaurants, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The manager may also be responsible for marketing and advertising the platform, and analyzing data to improve the business. Other responsibilities may include monitoring and controlling the budget, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, and coordinating with other departments such as customer service and logistics.

Required Skills or Experience
