Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our corporate team. The objective of the role is to oversee the company’s financial transactions and resources to achieve revenue and budget goals.

Responsibilities
  • Update internal systems with financial data 
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets 
  • Track bank deposits and payments 
  • Prepare balance sheets and process invoices
  • Performs periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems
  • Resolve financial issues between the sales team and customer support
  • Work with project teams to prepare financial proposal budgets
  • Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting
  • Perform financial analysis and generate reports and recommendations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

Required Skills or Experience

  • A good university degree in finance, accounting or related field 
  • 3-5 years’ proven work experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience in accounting procedures and systems
  • Knowledgeable about national financial regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in financial tech software and Microsoft office suite
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets or Numbers
  • A strong communicator and excellent problem-solver
  • Highly organised and ability to manage time efficiently
