Job Summary

The Successful candidate is responsible for teaching and training employees and ensuring that employees stay competent and skilled in their jobs.

The Successful candidate will identify and monitor training needs in the company, and design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs 
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Select and book venues
• Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.
• Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos, etc.
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Manage training budgets
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training

Required Skills or Experience

• The minimum qualification is a Degree
• Two years minimum working experience in the same field.
• Proven experience as a corporate trainer
• Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
• Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
• Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset
• Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Critical thinking and decision making
• Certification is a plus
• Has Sports Knowledge
• Must have a good track record of excellent performance and good behavior
• Excellent communication skills
• S/he should be fluent in the English Language, and able to express oneself.
