Job Description

MSIG is reviewing its current preferred supplier list and invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies who wish to be considered on the list, to submit proposals according to the listed category of supplies.

  • The Proposals and all requested documents shall be written in English.

The proposals shall be structured as follows:

  • Company profile / Curriculum Vitae
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • VAT Certificate (where applicable)
  • Evidence of previous and ongoing relevant engagements.
  • Terms and conditions
  • References from past similar engagements relative to category to be considered
  • Contact name(s), position, telephone number(s), e-mail address
  • Office location including address

FORMAT AND SIGNING OF PROPOSALS

  • The Proposal shall be duly signed by a person or persons duly authorized to bind the company to future contracts if it is considered on the list.
