DuvaiDeals is an eCommerce platform designed to digitize the marketplace with variety, transparency and ease in mind. Owned by ToldoIT, DuvaiDeals uses both web and mobile apps to offer a unique user experience to both buyers and sellers through and easy to use and transparent workflow. At ToldoIT we believe in sustainable, scalable and innovative solutions to everyday problems. Joining a team of software engineers and marketing specialists, you will ensure quality vendor onboarding and transparent buyer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit vendors and ensure successful onboarding.
• Resolve vendor issues regarding listing, delivery, sales and disputes.
• Attract buyers and liaise with colleagues to improve product offers.
• Shape the experience of buyers by ensuring product variety and quality delivery experience.
• Convert leads from online marketing team into vendors or buyers.
• Grow the list of active vendors and buyers monthly.
• Report monthly recruitment and sales to management. 

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field.
• Tech Savvy and passionate about ecommerce.
• Skilled user of professional software including MS Teams and Outlook.
• 1-2 years post University experience in ecommerce.
• Resident in Accra and familiar with ecommerce (including delivery) landscape.
• Teamwork oriented with good communication skills.
