Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and that customers are satisfied with the services they receive.
• Take reservations for events and liaise with the Head Chef to ensure successful outcome of conferences, parties and other events.
• Ensure that unsold drinks at the Poolside Bar are properly accounted for and that damages are minimized.
• Handle customer complaints under your area of jurisdiction and report to the appropriate authority.
• Maintain general cleanliness and sanitation at the Poolside Bar / Restaurant and its environs.
• Prepare periodic work schedule for all waiters.
• Ensure that the staff of the Bar and Restaurant account for their daily sales and report to the Accounts department.
• Supervision of waiters and putting across their problems to the necessary authority.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Required Skills or Experience

• At least Bachelors Degree in relevant field
• 3-5 years working experience
• Should be in Tema and its environs
