Roles and Responsibilities

• To spice and prepare the full chicken for roasting
• maintain the roasting machines and serve customers

Required Skills or Experience

• Applicants must have practical knowledge and experience in roasting chicken
• Applicants must know how to spice full chicken
• Applicants must know how to set dressed chicken into the rotisserie / roasting machine
• Applicants must know how to operate the rotisserie / roasting machine effectively
• Applicants must know how to garnish chicken
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years working experience with a restaurant or fast food company.
• Applicants must be willing to work for long hours
