Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented and proactive individual who will be committed to supporting our Commercial Training Team to deliver world class training services.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitating Scheduled Trainings held within the month.
  • Prepare Post training evaluation reports.
  • Prepare Pre-Training assessment reports. 
  • Prepare relevant Training manuals as required for trainings.
  • Collaborate with the training administrator to ensure the success of each training session.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth running of operations of the Training program
  • Manage all logistics and administrative tasks relevant to the Training center
OHSE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all TAGG’s OHS&E procedures 
  • Follow all safe work procedures, rules, and instructions
  • Risk Assessment 
  • Hazard identification and reporting

Required Skills or Experience

  • HND/Degree in Business Administration/Social Sciences 
  • A minimum 1-3yrs experience in administrative roles 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  • Knowledge of training program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with trainees, instructors, and industry professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using various digital platforms and tools, such as and virtual meeting software.
  • Attention to detail in ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks assigned
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports for training evaluation and improvement.
  • Innovative and a Self-starter
  • Pro-active
