WE are hiring

Donewell Life company limited (DCLC) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company with offices across the regions of Ghana. Applications are invited from ambitious, energetic and performance driven individuals to fill in vacant position mentioned below:

JOB TITLE - SOUTHERN SECTOR CORDINATOR
DEPARTMENT - DISTRIBUTION
CHANNEL - MICRO INSURANCE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit and maintain Sales Executives and Team leaders to increase premium growth.
Prospecting for clients daily
Conduct market activation to ensure awareness is created
Visit and monitor teams across the southern zone
Conduct monthly audit on sales executive businesses
Generate daily premium collections of team leaders
Generate monthly reports to heads of departments
Provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to tim

Required Skills or Experience

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 3 to 5 years of similar role
University degree or Advance professional qualification from a recognize institution

SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES

Good team player
Excellent administrative skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good People management skills
