Job Description

COMPANY: A reputable Multinational Telecommunication Company

JOB PURPOSE: The successful applicant shall deliver a World Class Customer experience. He / she shall serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database, determining eligibility. The role reports to the Team Lead.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research and explore answers and alternative solutions, implement solutions, escalate unresolved problems to appropriate authorities
  • Clarify desired information; complete transactions and forward clients requests
  • Advertise additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts; explaining new features
  • Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplish organizational mission by completing related results as needed
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures

Required Skills or Experience

  • A Good First Degree
  • 2 years work experience in similar role in a telecommunication industry , a customer service role , call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in the use of Computer programs, specifically MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Power point plus any other programs outside the MS suite.
  • Ability to analyze information
  • Possess CCNA  or CISCO certification
