A reputable financial institution is looking to recruit 'energetic, dynamic and well organised Sales Representatives with proven sales record to represent the company in diverse geographical regions of Ghana.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Face to face sales of various company products
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Capture and update information on customer product applications into company system
• Participate and assist with new product launches
• Collaborate with company sales and marketing teams to effectively achieve organisational sales goals

Required Skills or Experience

• At least 1 year target-driven sales experience preferably with a financial institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and strong administrative abilities
• Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
• Well presented, driven and can think on your feet
• Customer-focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
