Job Description

African Underground Mining Services Pty Ltd (AUMS), West Africa's leading underground mining contractor is seeking to recruit a qualified Safety Trainer to fill a vacancy at our Perkoa operations in Burkina Faso.

The successful candidate will be offered employment in Burkina Faso on an 8 week or and 4 week off roster. A competitive salary is offered with all taxes paid by the Company in Burkina Faso.

Required Skills or Experience

• To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Safety Trainer, have extensive underground mining experience (no surface miners will be considered) and possess an Internationally recognised qualification in OH&S (NEBOSH or its equivalent)
• You will also need to demonstrate a sound understanding of OH&S requirements and possess good written and oral communication skills, be IT literate, have the ability to work unsupervised and the ability to speak French would be an advantage.
• A current passport and driver's license will also be required.
