Express Property Management Co. Ltd is a reputable property and facilities management company looking for a committed team player with relevant qualifications and experience to occupy the position of Property Manager responsible for our Serviced Apartments.

The Property Manager will be responsible for the cleanliness of the entire apartment complex, oversee common area cleaning & maintenance staff, he/she will supervise and coordinate activities of room attendants as well laundry management.

• He/she will manage and direct the day to day operations and marketing of apartment units. Will also be responsible for all housekeeping staff, their training, coaching and counselling while enforcing the complexes standard procedures.
• He/she should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests and housekeeping staff
• Experience with turndown service is essential as well as a sound knowledge of residential and commercial property markets.
• A strong emphasis will be laid on those with Hospitality/Hotel & facility management background
• Up to date knowledge of trends in leasing & proven ability to close leasing deals and market rentals
• Customer and market orientation
• Level of innovation in packaging deals and opportunistic mindset

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma in Estate Management/Hotel Management with a marketing background
• 3 years post qualification working experience in a managerial capacity
• Good IT and report writing skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
