Yinson Production is a multinational Company in the business of building, operating and managing Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessels, Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels, and Mobile Offshore Production Units (MOPU) for the Oil and Gas Industry. Currently Yinson Production operates FPSOs in Gabon, Nigeria, Vietnam and Ghana. Yinson Production has formed a Joint venture company, Yinson Production West Africa Ltd (YPWAL) in Ghana with Oil and Marine Agencies Limited (OMA Ghana).

Job Description

Mission
Repairs, maintenance and cleaning of machinery equipment and skids.

Scope

• Maintenance, and other technical and safety work as required by the JTCT or SMTE. 
• The management may assign additional tasks not listed in Job Description

Duties

• Follow PTW system and work procedures applicable to the task to be executed
• Execute general maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Execute routine tasks safely, to the best of his ability, and to report hazardous conditions to SMTE or JTCT
• Know purpose of all machinery systems and the way they operate
• Undertake training relevant to the position requirements 
• Member of Emergency Response Team

Required Skills or Experience

• Essential Criteria – to meet the standard of competence for rating as able seafarer engine STCW code A-III/4-5
• 5 years’ experience on the offshore installations 
• Standard of competence according to Yinson Competence Assurance Matrix
• Good written and spoken English
