Job Description

  • Position Title    :    Sub Cluster Head ( Sales and Distribution Dept)            
  • Level    :    L8 / L9            
  • Reports to    :    Sales and Distribution  Cluster Head - Customer Acquisition and Retention Team (CART)          
  • Function    :    Sales             
  • Location    :    Western Region            

 

Basic Data Function description
A Sub Cluster Head is responsible for increasing profitability and revenue of the WHCs under his /her Sub cluster. He/She is responsible to implement the sales strategy and generate revenue as per the defined budget

# Tasks  
1 Execute Consumer acquisition and Delivery Strategy for respective cluster to enhance water dispensation in respective WHC locations Shared
2 Achieve revenue and volume budgets on the basis of revenue model, demographics and market potential Shared
3 Develop and execute a robust market penetration plan by conducting regular awareness and promotional activities Shared
4 Recruiting and training the DSPs and responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating DSP engagement program to ensure DSP profitability Shared
5 Recruit, Train and evaluate performance of team in the allotted sub cluster Shared
6 Ensure profitability in all the plants in the sub cluster Shared
7 Drives team discipline in adhering to WHG processes Shared
8 Ensures NREW is under control Shared
9 Ensures there is minimal down time of all the WHCs in the sub cluster Shared
10 Builds community relationship and addresses all community issues  Shared
  11 Responsible to ensure grid level profitability  Full 
  12 Drive the Special Projects assigned by the Corporate Office Shared
  13 Ensure profitability of delivery channels  Shared

Qualification and Experience Education: Graduate and Preferably MBA in Marketing
Functional Experience : NA

Other : Expert in English and local languages
Years of Experience: The incumbent should have atleast 6 to 8 years of experience of working in FMCG or manufacturing concern as Channel Sales Manager
