Job Description

Job Summary
The Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end development and rollout of relevant Enterprise Technologies

Job Role

  • Develop, launch and manage residential and business broadband internet services to meet or exceed targets as per the business case. 
  • Recruit and manage partnerships, distributors  within the new technology ecosystem towards the achievement of the strategic objectives 
  • Analyse market and competitive insight as a basis for the positioning and design of a highly competitive product portfolio.
  • Work with the relevant functions to generate design documents and processes, co-ordinate implementation of products with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure launches are done on time, within budget and meets required specifications.
  • Develop and implement Go to Market strategies for the fixed broadband product portfolio. 
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for the fixed broadband products, perform sales and customer service training 
  • Co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing to ensure all requirements from the user perspective are deployed and manage the go-to-market process. 
  • Monitor post launch product performance in terms of uptake usage and customer satisfaction and make changes as necessary. 
  • Facilitate training sessions on new technologies/products/services for the Sales team and as required by the role

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of BSc Ecommerce/Marketing/Computer Science or Engineering
  • Five years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/cross functional role within an ICT industry
