A leading Roofing manufacturing Company in Accra invites suitably qualified applicants to be part of their team to ensure business growth and success in the following specialized roles:  Production Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handling telephone and email request.
2. Receives requests for measurement and redirects for necessary action
3. Receives customer complaints and redirects to appropriate authority
4. Conducts customer survey. 
5. Update customers on the status of their order
6. Tracking measurement requests.

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification: NVTI / MET PART 2 (plant option)

The Applicant must possess the following qualities:

• Well organized in report writing
• Leadership qualities
• Supervisory roles
• Computer Literate (esp. excel  and word)
• Must be practical and have knowledge on industrial machines (esp. mechanical and hydraulic drawing presses and corrugators)
