Job Description

The core duties of the successful Candidate will include:

  • Being responsible for the people agenda within a specific Business Unit and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plan aligned with the business agenda. Regarded by the Customer Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. To represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit.

The Key Output expected from the successful candidate will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Contribute to & Execute HR Strategy
  • Organizational Design & Development (OD&D)
  • Performance & Talent Management
  • Employee Engagement
  • HR Organizational Alignment
  • Functional Development

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of a Masters in Human Resources Management and or being a member of a Professional body with professional certification

Key experience required to fit the profile for the job include:

  • Exposure to processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning &  Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing, Performance management.
  • Exposure to working in a change programme.
  • Experience of employee relations.
  • Experience in coaching and developing people.
  • Projects Management experience.   
  • Successful experience in the implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
  • Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
